About Worldhire

Three questions decide whether you can take a job.
We built the board around them.

Can I work from where I am? Will they sponsor my visa? Will they hire me with what I have? Generic job boards treat these as filters buried three clicks deep. We built Worldhire because for millions of candidates, they're not filters — they're the whole question.

What we actually filter for

1

Remote, for real

Not "remote-friendly" with a return-to-office clause buried in paragraph four. Roles you can actually do from where you live, tagged by country eligibility where the employer specifies it.

2

Visa sponsorship, verified

The single biggest source of wasted applications: a "visa sponsorship available" claim that turns out to be wrong three interviews in. We flag what's verified and what isn't, instead of pretending every claim is equally trustworthy.

3

Entry-level that means it

"Entry-level, 3-5 years experience required" is the industry's oldest joke. We filter for roles genuinely open to people just starting out — career-switchers and new grads included.

Why these three, together

They're not three unrelated categories — they're one underlying need: geographic mobility. Someone searching "remote jobs that sponsor visas for entry-level roles" isn't three different people with three different problems. They're one person generalist boards weren't built to serve, because their filters were designed around job function, not around what actually determines whether you can take the job at all.
